Nastrova Capital Management's ownership is structured to reflect our leadership's direct involvement in the firm’s operations, as well as the investment commitments of our Limited Partners.

• Nastrova International Limited Holdings holds 65% of the General Partnership shares, with majority voting power and institutional oversight.¹
• Haziel Querol holds 5% of the General Partnership shares, actively participating in strategic and operational decision-making.²
• Limited Partners collectively hold the remaining 30%, contributing capital without direct management control.³
